In June 2025, Two Plus Two forum user “bob19123” revealed details of a massive bot ring on WPT Global. Over four months, he identified 130+ suspected poker bot accounts and shared repeated evidence with the platform’s security team. Many of the accounts were eventually banned and funds were confiscated.

WPT Global acknowledged the reports and issued Bob a small “integrity reward” (~$3.85 per bot), but did not reimburse his losses. After months of delays and unanswered questions—including how many accounts were banned and when refunds would be issued—Bob went public with his full account.

In a response posted on the forum, a WPT Global rep named Jack confirmed poker bot bans and stated that refunds typically take 3+ months to process. He also accused tracking software Hand2Note of integrating with a known bot farm (Deeplay), further fueling the controversy.

…we have evidence that H2N integrated with Deeplay/Botfarm to data mine, improve training, and run BOTs in online poker.

The post highlights concerns over platform transparency, player reimbursement, and the ongoing challenge of maintaining integrity in online poker.
