We’re looking for a Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for our startup environment with the following skills (you don’t need to meet them all):

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy. This includes setting clear marketing objectives, identifying the most effective marketing channels, and managing the marketing budget.
  1. Email Campaign Management: The Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and management of email marketing campaigns. This includes designing engaging email content, segmenting the email list for targeted marketing, and tracking the success of email marketing efforts.
  1. Affiliate Program Oversight: The Marketing Manager will manage the affiliate program, which includes recruiting new affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates, and ensuring the success of the affiliate program.
  1. Customer Relations: The Marketing Manager will serve as a key point of contact for customers. This includes addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and working to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting: The Marketing Manager will monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing efforts. They will use analytics tools to track progress towards marketing goals, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve future marketing strategies.
  1. Market Research: The Marketing Manager will conduct thorough market research to gain insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies. This information will be used to inform and adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
  1. Partnership Development: The Marketing Manager will work to establish beneficial partnerships with other businesses or influencers. This includes negotiating partnership agreements, coordinating collaborative marketing efforts, and managing these relationships to ensure mutual success.

General Requirements:
